CorrodingMind Art Terms Of Service

I (CorrodingMind) have the right to refuse any commission at my discretion.

You must be 18+ years of age to commission me, or access any of my content.

I, CorrodingMind, as the artist, maintain all rights to any completed artwork. Including the rights to repost, edit, display and use completed artwork as advertisement and examples for my portfolio and social media accounts.

All commissions are for personal, non-commercial use only. no commercial rights are transferred unless agreed in writing. Clients may use the artwork for profile pictures, banners, and other personal accounts that do not generate profit. Commercial use is strictly prohibited unless explicitly licensed.

Using ANY of my content or art for NFTs, AI training, AI reference, reselling, editing or advertisement is strictly prohibited.

I do not claim ownership of any characters or other intellectual property used in the process of creating the artwork. Unless those specified as my own characters.

I might post the finished artwork in my social media, including subscription sites as rewards unless otherwise agreed.

Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis at my discretion. If I am unable to complete a commission, a partial or full refund may be discussed depending on the progress made.

Standard commissions do not include guaranteed deadlines. Priority commissions may be discussed for an additional fee.

To commission me, get in contact with me only through my Discord, my Bluesky DMs or my email.

I will reply as soon as I can, be patient and respectful, specially if comms are closed, but if you feel your dm/email got filtered out, feel free to tag me on BlueSky once.

Any questions or doubts must be cleared up before any payment is made. For commercial rights, or any custom commissions that aren't covered by the prices sheet, ask first for custom fees. Additional charges will apply.

For prompts of the art piece you want, description ideally should be kept simple and short for me to make a proper job. Ideally you give me a character, and some few details you feel are important. The more freedom I get the better and faster the final result.

If your commission is accepted, I will deliver a PayPal invoice for the payment, be sure to have in hand your PayPal email. Do not leave a comment on the payment since they are automatically reviewed and may cause issues. I will begin working after payment is confirmed.

Slots are not first come first served, I will work on them in the order I find most efficient.

WIPs will be sent throughout the process, most of which during the sketch phase.

During the sketch phase, reasonable revisions can be made (nothing drastic unless I am at fault on pose or key element of the character or the changes are minor), but after I move onto coloring I will handle most of the rest myself (with updates).

Art pieces take an average of between a week and a month after starting. But this is just an average I try to maintain, there is no defined deadline unless paid for as stated above.

Once the final work is done, I will send the final art file through email as a flattened image format (PNG by default).
